About Madelein van der Merwe Properties

Madelein is the Principal of Madelein van der Merwe Properties, she worked for FNB for 18 years and left the company as Managers Assistant.

Madelein did part time studies and completed her CAIB (SA) in 1997 and her Estate Agents Board Exam (CEA) in 1998 and then joined an International Company in 2001, where she won numerous prizes for top performing agent.

She also completed the very tough requalification that all agents need to comply with by 2010 (NQF4 Real Estate Qualification) and belongs to the Institute of Estate Agents.

Madelein started her own company in April 2007. Going from strength to strength she specialises in the sale of property in following areas :

Parow West, Parow East, Parow North, Avondale, Oostersee, Panorama and Welgelegen.

Madelein has lived in Parow West all her life and is therefore a specialist in the area.

Madelein's beliefs:

• I support the community where I live and believe in the personal touch by trying to get to know my clients on a personal basis..
• I keep in touch i.e. hand out recipes every 3 weeks and send a sms once a month to everyone on my database.
• I do mothers / father's days gifts ...and treat everyone as a person, not a number.
• I give excellent service, and I am very proud of it.
