I will attempt to put in words the gratitude we feel in the way you have conducted the sale of our house. I don?t know if you remember how it all started?? you were advertising a property you had for sale in Weimar street in Parow [Andre?s house]. After viewing the house we decided to buy it, but it was subject to the sale of our property. We verbally agreed to a reduction in your commission fee if you sold our house and we bought Andre?s house. Unfortunately, things did not work out as planned so Andre?s house was sold to someone else, thus making our agreement null and void.
However, you continued to market our property. You did a couple of showings on Sundays and you also continued to bring potential buyers around even though we had no written mandate or agreement with you!! Through sheer dedication and commitment, you managed to sell our house!!!!!! We then discussed your fees to which you decided to still give us a reduction, even though we did not buy through you!!! Your generosity enabled us to buy a lovely house which we want to turn into a loving home for our children. You, Madelein helped in making it possible for us to buy the house of our dreams!!!!!!!!!
2010 was a blessed year for you. You sold a lot of houses while other estate agencies struggled. I believe it?s because of your love and your passion for what you do and also your sincere commitment and concern for clients that has made 2010 such a successful year for you!! May God continue to bless you and may you never loose the fire burning in you Madelein!!!!!!!!!
